The Intake & Assessment appointment fee is $300, and the standard 60-minute psychotherapy session fee is $250. If additional sessions are clinically indicated within the same week, the fee for the second session may be billed at a reduced rate.

Root-based Healing, PLLC is an out-of-network provider and does not bill insurance directly. Monthly superbills are provided for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your specific insurance plan and out-of-network benefits. You are responsible for all fees regardless of insurance outcomes.

Please note that as an associate clinician, some insurance companies may limit or deny reimbursement for services provided under my credentials. This may be particularly relevant for certain Regence plans.
